BE KIND!

30th June 2020

It was brought to one of our drivers attention that a local boy named Joshie was being bullied online on an app called TikTok.

Joshie loves trucks and a few local drivers came together and surprised Joshie on Sunday 28th June by turning up on his street surprising him with flashing lights and beacons in their vehicles. To Joshie’s surprise he was in awe of them and Joshie was singing away in the wagon and took lots of photos with his family. It was only a small gesture of kindness but we were reassured by Joshie’s family that he was over the moon when the drivers left and it made his day.

Community group in front of haulage vehicle

We are so glad we can give back in some shape or form to anybody in need or in difficult circumstances and we do not tolerate bullying. The driver who did this for Joshie is one of our long serving drivers called Mick Holmes and we are so proud to have members of staff who go above and beyond for the community and we will continue to do so where we can, we are stronger together!
